Promos
All the cards you can't pull from booster packs. Markers say how a card differs from the base printing, distribution channels say where it was available.
OpenRift currently has data on 387 English promo printings across 198 cards. If you spotted a missing promo or can help out with a picture I don't have yet, suggest one here.
Announced 2025-10-06. "This is open format, store play, every week. Show up and throw down with your friends (and rivals) in 1v1’s, 2v2’s, and 3 & 4-person FFA’s. All participants will receive an Origins Promo pack, every week!"
The Spiritforged pack also carried 16 Proving Grounds reprints, which shared the foil slot and made the set-2 runes scarcer than the set-1 ones. (Khasino 2026-08)
The Unleashed pack reprinted the Spiritforged rune art under UNL codes, which made that art easier to get. First set where the chase card differs between China and the west. (Khasino 2026-08)
First set where the chase card is the same in China and the west. (Khasino 2026-08)
Pre-rift kit promo. The pre-rift window falls at different times in China and the west, and creators running western pre-rift events have the promos in hand before release. (Khasino 2026-08)

Announced 2025-07-19. "This promo card will be used for the remainder of our events outside of China for 2025, and will be replaced with a new promotional card for 2026." In China it went out at conventions and pre-release events alongside the demo Teemo. The Korean release Jinx also sits on this channel, across a range of Korean launch events. (Khasino 2026-08)
Only obtainable from Riot staff members. Usually handed out for something someone did for the community. (Khasino 2026-08)
Announced 2025-10-06. "All over the world, people are learning to play Riftbound at their local game store with the help of our teaching kits. Check with your LGS to see if they’re running demos. Limited Promos have been provided to stores for those who participate in these demos - swing by and get yours while supplies last! " In China the same promo also went out at conventions and events, alongside the launch-exclusive Ahri, rather than at stores only. (Khasino 2026-08)
Announced 2026-03-31. Bulk allocation to local game stores to give away on whatever terms they like: demos, purchases, turning up. It exists so nobody has to buy Proving Grounds for a Flash. (Khasino 2026-08)
- Origins Judge
Announced 2025-10-06. "Every job deserves a reward, our first is a special Heimerdinger, Inventor Judge Promo Card. Once Judges adjudicate their first event (and it’s logged in the Judge Center), UVS will mail them the Heimerdinger (foil) promo." In practice it has mostly reached judges who worked a regional qualifier, Houston judges receiving two each. (Khasino 2026-08)
- Spiritforged Judge
Awarded to judges at tournaments in the Spiritforged season. Riot says anyone who judged a local event during set 2 will receive one, but so far it has mostly reached judges who worked a set-2 regional qualifier. (Khasino 2026-08)
- Unleashed Judge
Awarded to judges at tournaments in the Unleashed season. So far it has only reached judges who worked a set-3 regional qualifier or, in China, a regional open. (Khasino 2026-08)

At Summoner Skirmish, players can battle to earn prizes and first round bye’s at the next Regional Qualifiers they attend." Both events (Nov 24 and Dec 29, 2025) had the same promos.

"This badge will get you entry into the main qualifier event, with 2 vouchers for side events. If you’re a talented Riftbound player on the rise, this badge is for you." Competitors only at Houston; spectators did not get one. Set 2 widened it to spectators as well. (Khasino 2026-08)
Eight copies per event. (Khasino 2026-08)
A one of one per event. (Khasino 2026-08)
First come, first serve. Plated legends cost 10 prize tickets at Houston and 40 afterwards. The set-1 and Proving Grounds plated legends stay available for three sets and retire once the Vendetta qualifiers begin in Barcelona. Houston's wall carried all 16 of them and no other cards; the oversized battlefields and the rune collection came in later seasons. (Khasino 2026-08, RQ Houston prize wall)
One holographic metal card per legend, awarded to the highest-placing competitor piloting that legend regardless of final placement, so one copy per legend per event. A one of one until the next qualifier hands them out again. Sixteen cards covering Origins and Proving Grounds. Best-of legends run the same three-set window as the plated ones: awarded at every qualifier from Houston through Hartford, then retired when the Vendetta season opened in Barcelona. The Chinese run was announced for the Shanghai Nationals. (Khasino 2026-08, May)
Set 2 widened it: spectators got one too, not only competitors, across all four qualifiers. (Khasino 2026-08)
Eight copies per event. (Khasino 2026-08)
A one of one per event. Four exist in the west, one per set-2 qualifier. (Khasino 2026-08)
Oversized battlefields at one prize ticket each, with a single side-event win paying a ticket. Plated legends at 40 tickets, limited to one per attendee per weekend, across all four set-2 qualifiers (Bologna, Las Vegas, Lille, Atlanta). Each of those walls carried 28 plated: the twelve Spiritforged legends plus the sixteen Origins and Proving Grounds ones still inside their three-set window. The Spiritforged twelve stay available through the Vendetta season on the same rule. (Khasino 2026-08, RQ Bologna, RQ Atlanta)
One holographic metal card per legend, awarded to the highest-placing competitor piloting that legend regardless of final placement, so one copy per legend per event. A one of one until the next qualifier hands them out again. Announced 2026-02-16: "28 total Best-Of Legends spanning Riftbound: Origins, Proving Grounds, and Spiritforged." The same 28 ran at all four set-2 qualifiers. Best-of legends stay available for three full sets, which is why the sixteen from Origins and Proving Grounds are still awarded here alongside the twelve Spiritforged ones.
Handed to anyone attending any of the four set-3 qualifiers. (Khasino 2026-08)
Eight copies per event. (Khasino 2026-08)
A one of one per event. Four exist in the west, one per set-3 qualifier. (Khasino 2026-08)
Oversized battlefields at one prize ticket each and the Regional Rune Collection at 15 tickets for 36 full-art runes, six of each domain. Plated legends at 40 tickets, limited to one per attendee per weekend. All four set-3 qualifiers (Sydney, Vancouver, Utrecht, Hartford) carried 40 plated: the twelve Unleashed legends plus the twelve Spiritforged and sixteen Origins and Proving Grounds ones still inside their three-set window. Rune supply was short: absent at Sydney, debuted at Vancouver, stuck in customs for Utrecht and back at Hartford, so only two of the four events had them. (Khasino 2026-08, RQ Sydney, RQ Vancouver, RQ Utrecht, RQ Hartford)
One holographic metal card per legend, awarded to the highest-placing competitor piloting that legend regardless of final placement, so one copy per legend per event. A one of one until the next qualifier hands them out again. Announced 2026-04-05: "a full collection of 40 Best-Of Legends spanning Origins, Proving Grounds, Spiritforged, and Unleashed." The same 40 ran at all four set-3 qualifiers. This is the last set of the three-set window for the Origins and Proving Grounds sixteen, which retire when the Vendetta season opens.
Attendance promo for the set-4 regional qualifiers, of which there are three. (Khasino 2026-08)
Top 128 prize card. The west widened its prize spread in set 4. (Khasino 2026-08)
Top 8 prize card at a set-4 regional qualifier. (Khasino 2026-08)
A one of one per event. (Khasino 2026-08)
Plated legends at 40 prize tickets, "limited to one Plated Legend per weekend", alongside six oversized battlefields at one ticket each and the Regional Rune Collection at 15. Barcelona's wall carries 33 plated: the nine Vendetta legends plus the twelve Unleashed and twelve Spiritforged ones still inside their three-set window. Origins and Proving Grounds retire here, having run from Houston through Hartford. Several of the Vendetta plated legends went out at Showdown Series events before the season's first qualifier. (RQ Barcelona prize wall, Khasino 2026-08)
One holographic metal card per legend, awarded to the highest-placing competitor piloting that legend regardless of final placement, so one copy per legend per event. A one of one until the next qualifier hands them out again. Per All Eyes on Barcelona: "Barcelona will feature 33 Best-Of Legends spanning Spiritforged, Unleashed, and the latest set, Vendetta." Origins and Proving Grounds reached the end of their three-set window and are no longer awarded, so the 33 are the nine Vendetta legends plus twelve Unleashed and twelve Spiritforged.
Handed to everyone who competes. (Khasino 2026-08)
For reaching day 2. (Khasino 2026-08)
For a top-8 finish. (Khasino 2026-08)
A best-of card for every legend released to date, 49 in all. A day-2 finish with that legend is required, so some may never be handed out. (Khasino 2026-08)
Announced 2026-05-21. "Jayce will show up at unique moments + conventions this year." Replaces the launch-exclusive Ahri as the 2026 convention card. China runs the same card through events-2026-cn, redeemed with coins earned online for attending events. (Khasino 2026-08)
Announced 2025-10-07. The bundle also held a playmat, deck box and sleeves. The three battlefields commemorate the host cities of the 2025 World Championship. (Khasino 2026-08)
